These bog-dwellers make the most out of their appearance: translucent body provides great disguise among the twilight hollows while the controlled bio-luminescence facilitates their own hunting attracting small flying insects.

(Not so) Fun fact: Swamp Angels spend most of their lives hibernating through the harsh seasons in larva stage, only emerging into an adult form for a single summer when they live to the extreme and mate to produce the new generation of larvae.
